Seeking a Risk Management professional with a strong background in financial services to assist in developing and implementing an enterprise-wide risk management program. Western Union is a global leader in money transfer and message services, with a history of pioneering service dating back more than 150 years. The company helps consumers and businesses securely transfer money or make payments using money orders and other electronic systems. This role reports to the WUPSIL Director of Risk for Enterprise Risk Management function and will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of an enterprise-wide risk management program. Key Responsibilities: Assist senior management in developing, communicating, and improving the Company's Enterprise Risk Management program Work with various business units and functions to identify and report potential risks and opportunities Develop and maintain a Global Risk Register and a summary of the organization's enterprise risks Facilitate and support enterprise risk assessments and studies Establish and implement key risk indicators/metrics to track and measure enterprise risks Analyze KRI information to identify risks and trends Manage the development and review of Risk Management related Charters Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders Support development of regular and ad hoc reporting to senior leadership Plan and facilitate risk workshops with management Assist senior management in identifying emerging risks and influencing the firm's risk culture Support the design and implementation of Integrated Risk Management tools Support the establishment and evolution of the Enterprise Risk Champions Network Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, or Business Administration Experience in risk management within the financial services industry Proven expertise in operational risk and compliance Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets Excellent communication skills Minimum 5+ years of work experience in a related job discipline Benefits: 22 working days for employees with less than 3 years of service Comprehensive life and medical cover Contributory pension plan #J-18808-Ljbffr
