Within this role you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our supply chain planning function within the Raheen Supply Chain organization.
Your responsibilities include ensuring overall business priorities, capacities and capabilities are in line with global planning requirements within the Irish manufacturing and supply network in close cooperation with our US based counterparts and Regeneron partners.
You have the ability to motivate and lead a team; supervising and coaching staff; setting expectations and performance evaluation You demonstrate excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills You have strong initiative and demonstrated ability to interface effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization and work cross-culturally You are a strategic leader with a strong background in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) You have a consistent record in making long term links within the wider organization on various levels including senior management You have a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering planning excellence To be considered for this opportunity you should have a BS/BA in Business, Supply Chain Management or Science background.
Manager level requires 6 years of relevant experience in a c GMP environment.
