Job Description
A pivotal role in managing and enhancing the supply chain planning function within the Raheen Supply Chain organization. Responsibilities include ensuring overall business priorities, capacities and capabilities align with global planning requirements within the Irish manufacturing and supply network. Key tasks include developing and reviewing site production and supply plans, facilitating the Raheen Site Supply Review Meeting, and managing end-to-end oversight for Raheen Ireland produced products to support on-time and in-full delivery to the supply plan. This role involves working cross-functionally to identify and implement opportunities to increase supply effectiveness while meeting capacity, financial, compliance and legal objectives. The ideal candidate has the ability to motivate and lead a team, demonstrating excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with a strong background in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). A BS/BA in Business, Supply Chain Management or Science background, and 6-8 years of relevant experience in a cGMP environment are required.
