Job Description

Within this role you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our supply chain planning function within the Raheen Supply Chain organization. Your responsibilities include ensuring overall business priorities, capacities and capabilities are in line with global planning requirements within the Irish manufacturing and supply network in close cooperation with our US based counterparts and Regeneron partners.As a Manager / Sr Manager Site Product Supply, a typical day might include, but is not limited to, the following:Supporting the development and review of the site production and supply plansFacilitating and leading the Raheen Site Supply Review Meeting & support Regeneron’s Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) processManaging the end to end overview for Raheen Ireland (RIRE) Produced Products to support the Site’s delivery On Time and In Full (OTIF) to the Supply PlanEngaging with cross functional teams across IOPS to ensure overall business needs are met and that the regulatory, technical and supply landscapes are aligned to meet the Site Supply PlanWorking cross functionally to identify and implement opportunities to increase the effectiveness of supply from the site while meeting capacity, financial, compliance and legal objectivesPreparing reports for Senior Management related to end to end Delivery to the Site Supply PlanWorking closely with Supply Partners, Supply Chain, CMC-PM, Finance, Legal, QA, QC, MSAT and Manufacturing to align with the company’s overall objectives and timelinesCreating and publishing metrics to evaluate overall delivery to the Site Supply Plan and Process EffectivenessMaintaining awareness of current industry standards, trends and practicesProviding coaching to direct reports, including employee development plans, and fostering a healthy work environment where employees feel valued and respectedPromoting the achievement of corporate goals and objectivesRequires travel approximately 10% of the timeThis role might be for you if:You have the ability to motivate and lead a team; supervising and coaching staff; setting expectations and performance evaluationYou demonstrate excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skillsYou have strong initiative and demonstrated ability to interface effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization and work cross-culturallyYou are a strategic leader with a strong background in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)You have a consistent record in making long term links within the wider organization on various levels including senior managementYou have a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering planning excellenceTo be considered for this opportunity you should have a BS/BA in Business, Supply Chain Management or Science background. Manager level requires 6 years of relevant experience in a cGMP environment. Senior Manager level requires 8 years of relevant experience in a cGMP environment.
