Job Description

**Supply Chain Planning Manager** Manage and enhance the supply chain planning function within the Raheen Supply Chain organization, ensuring business priorities, capacities, and capabilities align with global planning requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** • Develop and review site production and supply plans • Facilitate and lead the Raheen Site Supply Review Meeting and support Regeneron's Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process • Manage end-to-end overview for Raheen Ireland (RIRE) Produced Products to support delivery On Time and In Full (OTIF) to the Supply Plan • Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure overall business needs are met and regulatory, technical, and supply landscapes are aligned to meet the Site Supply Plan • Identify and implement opportunities to increase supply effectiveness while meeting capacity, financial, compliance, and legal objectives • Prepare reports for Senior Management related to end-to-end delivery to the Site Supply Plan • Work closely with Supply Partners, Supply Chain, CMC-PM, Finance, Legal, QA, QC, MSAT, and Manufacturing to align with company objectives and timelines • Create and publish metrics to evaluate overall delivery to the Site Supply Plan and Process Effectiveness • Maintain awareness of current industry standards, trends, and practices • Provide coaching to direct reports, including employee development plans, and foster a healthy work environment • Promote the achievement of corporate goals and objectives • Travel approximately 10% of the time **Requirements:** • Ability to motivate and lead a team, supervising and coaching staff, setting expectations, and performance evaluation • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills • Strong initiative and demonstrated ability to interface effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization and work cross-culturally • Strategic leadership with a strong background in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) • Consistent record of making long-term links within the wider organization on various levels, including senior management • Blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and passion for delivering planning excellence **Education and Experience:** • BS/BA in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Science background • Manager level: 6 years of relevant experience in a cGMP environment • Senior Manager level: 8 years of relevant experience in a cGMP environment • May consider equivalent combination of education and experience
