PwC Ireland seeks a Tax Manager for its Private Business team.
As a Tax Manager, you will advise privately held large corporates and family businesses on complex tax matters, providing innovative solutions to suit their business and personal circumstances. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, utilising your wide range of experience and capabilities to deliver high-quality experiences to clients. You will be responsible for managing multiple engagements, directing and driving their success, and ensuring they are completed within budgetary and time constraints while providing exceptional client satisfaction.
Evaluating this opportunity, you will gain a comprehensive experience across the full spectrum of Private Business services, including corporate tax consultancy, structuring, M&A advisory transactions, tax efficient financing, business succession planning, and personal tax planning. You must have at least 5 years of experience in tax consulting and compliance services, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to understand complex tax matters. You must also be AITI/CTA qualified and have a strong academic record with a degree from any discipline.
