Managing Director (Ireland / UK)The CompanyA leading world supplier of integrated processing solutions for customers in pharmaceuticals, food processing, feeds and fine chemicals. Our products and services stand for reliability and quality worldwide.The company is a strong partner for our customers (mainly pharmaceutical manufacturing) in Ireland and the UK. Located at our sites in Ireland (Cork) and UK are our sales and service centers for all products and services.ResponsibilitiesThe Managing Director leads the team in all strategic and operational aspects.As head of all operations within the company, you are accountable for all sales, service, technical and commercial activities including the operational, local HR function.You build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and other partners, and maintain ongoing communication with key stakeholders.You are responsible for sales management, training, guiding, mentoring and developing the local Sales and Services Team.You manage various After Sales activities and services like spare parts, maintenance, calibration, installations, commissioning, process support and training.You provide first and second level customer support, as well as project management, especially for on-site services.You contribute to the continuous development of the company by exploring new markets, discovering potential clients and identify opportunities for sales and partnerships that align with the company´s goals.You set and track specific targets for revenue and business growth.You manage finance including financial planning and analysis, accounting, controlling, and other finance related tasks.You develop a strong and self-responsible service team for local and global services.You make sure that the global HR strategy is implemented locally at each site, and you will take advantage of our global HR services.ProfileYou have a degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a comparable degree or training.You have sound knowledge and experience in sales, services, technical and commercial areas (ideally in the pharma or process industries).You have experience in project management and team leadership.You ensure a positive work culture and an environment of collaboration.You are solution and customer-oriented and have a talent for organizing things.Excellent representation and communication skills, resilience, and an entrepreneurial mindset round off your profile. #J-18808-Ljbffr
