As Managing Director, you will help shape the business strategy and lead the execution on their mission to become the #1 fast casual brand in Ireland.You will work with HQ and restaurant teams to take our business from an early segment leader (currently 4 locations) to the defining fast casual brand in Ireland. This role requires previous experience in building businesses from single digit revenue in the millions to €15m+ in annual revenue. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate that they have successfully been in the drivers seat building a business from early success to scale. Hospitality experience is ideal, but not a necessity.Your primary responsibilities will include:Growing the business - LFL sales, new openings and building out the franchise network.Ensuring venues are consistently delivering exceptional service and maintaining operational standards.Owning and driving the P&L's of each venue and the overall business, beating pre-agreed financial budgets.Recruiting and retaining top talent who can help achieve the ambition of becoming market leaders.Your profile...Culture fit is really important to our client, and a candidate's professional chops are just half the story.
