- Deliver landmark project in south county Dublin valued at over €30m
- Manage junior staff and ensure project delivery on time and on budget
- Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships with clients
- Mentor junior commercial staff and contribute to company growth
About the Company:
- Over 20 years of experience in delivering complex construction projects
- Broad portfolio of successfully completed projects across various sectors
- Strong reputation for delivering projects on time and on budget
Requirements:
- Degree educated in Quantity Surveying or related topic
- 7+ years of experience working as a Quantity Surveyor
- Previous experience working for a main contractor is beneficial
- Excellent commercial acumen and strong leadership skills
