**Managing Quantity Surveyor Role** A highly skilled Quantity Surveyor is required to lead the commercial aspects of a construction organisation in Galway, Ireland. **Key Responsibilities:** * Contribute to achieving the optimum commercial result through accurate financial reporting * Provide guidance and support to junior team members * Manage subcontract packages, overseeing payments to subcontractors and suppliers * Prepare cost/value reconciliation reports accurately * Manage standard construction contract forms, including variations and final account agreements * Supervise and manage project delivery reporting * Ensure subcontract orders are prepared in accordance with company procedures * Attend meetings with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and specialist subcontractors **Requirements:** * Quantity Surveying Degree or similar with 5+ years post-graduate experience * Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously * Significant experience in main contracting market * Experience managing subcontract accounts * Experience working with PWC form of contract * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail * Proficient in Excel and Cubit * Methodical, conscientious, and organized, with a focus on delivering high standards **About the Company:** A growing construction organisation based in Galway, Ireland, with an excellent reputation within the sector. **Skills:** * Civil engineering * Quantity surveying * Managing QS * As built
