Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in quantity surveying and commercial management
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
- Professional qualifications such as RICS or CIOB are highly desirable
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in cost estimating software, contract management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven track record of successful negotiations with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
