Job Description

Within this role as a Manufacturing coordinator (PA12) you will be responsible for all schedule related activities in the manufacturing area daily, liaising with the scheduling dept in Manufacturing and other impacted areas. In addition, the Scheduler/Coordinator plays a lead role in the planning of other key activities in the area so that there is no impact to Manufacturing. As a Manufacturing Coordinator (PA12) a typical day might include, but is not limited to, the following: Coordinating and approving scheduling of activities in the manufacturing area including process, changeover and external department requirements in consultation with the area Supervisor Approving equipment handover to external departments Owning the process area changeover and working with other functions in scheduling the related tasks and drives completion within agreed timelines Attending manufacturing handover and scheduling meetings and representing area, actioning issues that are not resolved at time of discussion Working closely with Supervisors in prioritizing work and issue resolution Gathering metrics on area performance, downtime, processing issues, presenting and communicating to wider group Liaising with other groups and attending cross functional meetings in correcting observed issues that impede schedule adherence Working with Manufacturing Investigation team in sourcing required data from the production floor and writing associated events This role might be for you if: You can prioritise multiple demands and maintain composure You enjoy building strong professional rapport in order to achieve goals and rectify issues You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills You demonstrate a can-do attitude To be considered for this opportunity you should have a BS/BA in Life Sciences or a related field and 2+ years of relevant cGMP manufacturing/engineering/scientific experience.
