Job Description
Key responsibilities include providing daily support for products, processes, materials, and equipment to achieve production goals, developing and implementing manufacturing business improvement projects, and analyzing process specifications and performance requirements.
• High emphasis on project work involving continuous improvement, yield analysis, process improvements, equipment improvement, and line upgrades.
• Engage with technicians, operators, and cross-functional teams to ensure business process success.
• Develop and implement lean skills, continuous improvement, six sigma, and 5s methodologies.
• Lead project management and leadership initiatives.
