Job Description
Provide daily support of products, processes, materials, and equipment to achieve production goals. Develop and implement manufacturing business improvement projects and processes working with Automated Equipment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analysis of process, product, material or equipment specifications and performance requirements
- Project work involving Continuous Improvement & Yield Analysis, Process improvements, Equipment improvement, line moves, line upgrades
- Engagement with technicians, operators, and other cross-functional teams to ensure business process success
Requirements:
- Level 8 bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, or related engineering field
- 2-3 years of experience in automated manufacturing, with lean skills and six sigma knowledge
