Job Description

The ideal candidate will provide technical support, develop processes to the highest standards, and coordinate complex projects to implement LEAN Manufacturing successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement process controls for robust and repeatable commercial product manufacturing.
• Maximize manufacturing process performance through LEAN SIGMA methodology.
• Apply a scientific approach to problem-solving, combining analytical and experimental skills.
• Ensure Engineering work and designs meet GMP, QA/Regulatory Authority, and Environmental Health and Safety standards.
• Support new process development, ensuring stability and capability.
• Provide technical support for new product introductions and manage change controls.
• Evaluate and correct non-conforming products and processes.
• Complete validations and process improvements using statistical tools and six sigma techniques.
• Develop in-house Subject Matter Experts across core technologies.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering/Process Development within the Agri or similar industry.
Six Sigma Green or Black Belt is highly desirable.
Proven Lean Manufacturing experience is essential.
Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Manufacturing Engineering.
