A Manufacturing Maintenance Technician is required by CareerWise Recruitment to join our clients team supporting automated manufacturing operations based in a World Class manufacturing environment in the Cork Area. THE ROLE: * Install & commission new equipment. * Provide onsite training to customers. * Provide technical support to optimise manufacturing equipment. * To respond to machinery breakdown in a timely fashion. * Carry out scheduled maintenance and ensure equipment is performing to the highest specification. . * Work alongside the customers maintenance team, and carry out such duties as assigned. * To provide support at customer locations as required and assigned by the business manager. REQUIREMENTS: * Strong technical background, with capabilities in electrical, mechanical & software control * Experience with automated manufacturing is an advantage * Ability to systematically fault find * Good customer service skills. * Willing to work Compressed Working Week Mon-Wed 8am to 8pm or Thu -Sat 8am to 8pm.Shift pattern rotates monthly.
