Manufacturing Production Operator role available in Swords, Dublin, for a 23-month contract, assembling and testing parts and products, with a focus on teamwork and accuracy. Our client, based in Swords, Dublin, is seeking a Manufacturing Production Operator to join their facility on a 23-month contract. **Key Responsibilities:** • Assemble and test parts and products as per training procedures and explanatory drawings • Pack parts and assemblies into designated boxes, bags or containers • Maintain stock accuracy and achieve weekly targets through effective teamwork • Ensure work areas and equipment are maintained in accordance with company requirements • Observe all safety rules and procedures **Requirements:** • Leaving certificate • FAS training in electromechanical assembly (advantageous) • 2+ years experience in a similar role • Flexible and adaptive • Accuracy and attention to detail • Good work ethic • Ability to think about problems and come up with solutions • Ability to follow instructions • Good time management • Enjoyment from working as part of a group and getting things done
