**Job Summary:** Experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer sought to lead technical engineering initiatives in a highly automated medical device production facility, driving safety, quality, and service objectives. An excellent opportunity for a Manufacturing Process Engineer who is looking to improve their Professional Development within this Highly Automated Medical Device Production Facility. **Key Responsibilities:** • Provide technical engineering leadership to support specific manufacturing technologies to meet Safety, Quality and Service objectives. • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on objectives, including new process implementation, project planning and tracking, and process improvements. • Develop and track project plans, and formally communicate same. • Oversee development of concept for fully automated manufacturing systems, working with technology partners, and completing proof of principle by prototyping key bottleneck areas. • Identify and implement process & product improvements in the area. • Support timely introduction of new products or product upgrades in the designated Value Stream area. • Ensure safety compliance in the area, and support conduction and timely closeout of risk assessments. **Requirements:** • Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline. • 3-5 Years Project / Process Engineering Experience within a regulated manufacturing environment (Medical Device). • Understanding of PLC systems and pneumatics to an advanced level. • 2/3 D CAD skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Good time-management skills. • Capable of initiating and leading change in the organisation. • Use of Lean Manufacturing principles (SMED and DMAIC techniques). **Benefits:** • Annual Bonus / 13th Cheque. • Group Life Assurance. • Meal Allowance / Canteen. • Medical Aid / Health Care. • Pension Fund. • Relocation Assistance. • Study Assistance.
