**Job Summary:** Experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer sought to lead technical engineering efforts in a highly automated medical device production facility, with relocation package and competitive salary. An excellent opportunity for a Manufacturing Process Engineer who is looking to improve their Professional Development within this Highly Automated Medical Device Production Facility. **Key Responsibilities:** • Provide technical engineering leadership to support specific manufacturing technologies to meet Safety, Quality and Service objectives. • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on objectives, including new process implementation, project planning and tracking, and process improvements. • Develop and track project plans, and formally communicate same. • Oversee development of concept for fully automated manufacturing systems, working with technology partners. • Identify and implement process and product improvements in the area. • Support timely introduction of new products or product upgrades in the designated Value Stream area. • Ensure safety compliance in the area, and support conduction and timely closeout of risk assessments. **Requirements:** • Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline. • 3-5 years of Project/Process Engineering experience within a regulated manufacturing environment (Medical Device). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Good time-management skills. • Capable of initiating and leading change in the organisation. • Use of Lean Manufacturing principles (SMED and DMAIC techniques). **Benefits:** • Competitive salary (€55k - €65k). • Annual Bonus (7.5%). • Relocation Package (Within Ireland & Europe). • Pension. • Health Insurance. • Parking. • Canteen. • 23 Days Paid Annual Leave. **About the Company:** Independent Search Solutions (ISS Ltd) is an Independent Recruitment Agency that aims to treat all its applicants with the up-most respect and in a professional manner.
