R.T. Lane Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Process Specialist to work with a pharmaceutical company based in Cork. This is a 12-month contract with strong potential for extension. **Please note that candidates must hold the correct working visa for Ireland and be currently living in Ireland as my client cannot offer visa assistance** **Please also note that potential candidates must have a MINIMUM of 5 years experience in the pharma industries.** The successful candidate will be responsible for representing operations on capital project teams and supporting first line troubleshooting of the day-to-day activities within Operations. Responsibilities Monitor and reporting of process performance using statistical process controls. Troubleshooting of DCS and PLC Control Systems. Resolve and investigate any issued raised from the Manufacturing Department. Cross Functional Team work. Preparation and updating of batch records, procedures and work instructions where required. Complete assigned tasks to support the manufacture of quality biomedicines in accordance with cGMP and EHS requirements. Essential Criteria: A relevant third level qualification in either Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Science or Engineering. Manufacturing experience within a GMP regulated environment. Project/new equipment installation experience desirable but not essential.
