Job Description

Role Overview: My client is seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing QA Compliance Analyst to join their new Quality Assurance team, supporting manufacturing operations. This is an on-site role where you will be actively involved on the manufacturing floor, gaining in-depth knowledge of the production processes, and providing critical support to the filling lines. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong knowledge and the confidence to interject in production if an issue arises. Key Responsibilities: Support the manufacturing team in maintaining compliance with quality standards and regulations. Actively engage on the production floor to monitor processes and ensure adherence to GMP and aseptic techniques. Intervene in the production process if quality issues are identified, providing guidance and resolution strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality-related issues. Maintain detailed records of quality assurance activities and generate reports as needed. Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to quality and compliance. Requirements: Education: A third-level qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g., Microbiology, Biotechnology, or Quality Assurance). Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a Quality Assurance (QA) or Microbiology (Micro) role, with a solid understanding of aseptic processes. Essential Skills: Knowledge of aseptic processing and techniques. Experience working in a cleanroom environment. Desirable Skills: Experience with blow fill-finish technology and bulk sterilization processes. Background in Micro/Environmental Monitoring (EM), sterility, or other QA-related roles is advantageous.
