Manufacturing Systems Specialist

Summary: Establish and support the Manufacturing Systems team, providing expert guidance on SAP, LIMS, finite scheduling, and benchtop equipment.

Responsibilities

Establish the Manufacturing Systems team and provide expert support to the manufacturing team
Process and system owner for manufacturing benchtop equipment, including management of vendors and equipment qualification
Collaborate with MT and MSAT groups on technical transfer and process validation
Ensure GMP compliance, manage deviation investigation, and support client auditing and agency inspections
Communicate operational status regularly to senior management

Education: Diploma, BSc, MSc, or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Bioscience, Biotechnology, or Analytical Science
More than 2 years of experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing
Experience with GMP systems, benchtop equipment qualification, and operation
Knowledge of scheduling software, including Orchestrate
Personal skills: strong team lead, excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills
