Kenny-Whelan are sourcing a Manufacturing Systems Specialist for our client, a Global Infant Nutrition manufacturing plant in Macroom, Co. Cork.Permanent position with benefits. Working at a state-of-the-art sterile manufacturing plant in West Cork. Good site culture, great place to work. Easy access to the plant from the city side of the town, no going through Macroom town.Contact: Jenn Dinan on 0214665408 and email jdinan@kenny-whelan.ie.We are part of a Global Group, and the Macroom Supply Point is a strategic spray drying factory within the division as it is a major supplier of infant formula to other plants within the network.Main ResponsibilitiesCycle counting checks and stock alignment across systemsScheduled stocktakes outside of cycle counts as per defined frequency including annual site stocktakeAlignment of backflush materials and liaise with master data on factor changes if requiredConsumption record verification in MES/SAP and TECO in SAPDaily follow up and correction of ‘problem’ stockCrashed iDocs/COGI errors resolutionPerforming the required missing transactions in TKD or other systemsNew SOP/OPL creation. Coaching and training of manufacturing team on correct use of systemsCorrecting incorrect product declarations across all systemsLiaise with finance for month end closure. Resolve any issue blocking the month process in a timely mannerInvestigate any production orders with unexpected associated activities or consumptionsWISE, Tekdan, SAP UAT/simulation testingAssist other departments when they require MFG input in new system development or system improvementSetup and training of new users on manufacturing systemsSetting up MFG systems for trials, new products etc.Liaise with WISE, DANIS, GEA. Logging and responding to ticketsWeekly attendance at Raws and Stocks meetingRunning, constructing and sending out reports as requiredChanging WISE master data as requestedPoka system administrator: creating forms, setting up new plant structures in PokaExperience & QualificationsSystem experience in a manufacturing environment or similarRelevant third level qualificationKnowledge of SAP modules and how they interact with a multinational organisation an advantageProficient in data entry and managementProficient in the use of MS Office toolsProficient numerical ability to record, interpret and analyse key process dataProven problem solving and troubleshooting skillsAll applications will be treated with the strictest of confidence.Contact: Jenn Dinan on 0214665408 and email jdinan@kenny-whelan.ie. #J-18808-Ljbffr
