Job Title: Manufacturing Team Leader Location: Dublin 24 Job Overview:We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to oversee a team within a busy print facility. The role involves motivating and guiding staff to ensure smooth daily operations, maintaining safety standards, and achieving high-quality performance across cleaning, maintenance, and goods management tasks.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: Inspire and guide a team of 10 operatives, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.Supervision & Oversight: Oversee daily tasks, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and provide coaching and support to staff.Operational Duties: Perform cleaning, maintenance, and goods handling as needed, and assist with print and mailroom activities.Record Maintenance & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and report on operational activities and progress to management.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and support team training initiatives. Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will have:Experience: Knowledge of production machinery, with hands-on experience in machine cleaning, basic maintenance, and forklift operation.Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on safety and operational efficiency.
