Job Description

Manufacturing Technician wanted to work in a Good Manufacturing Practices environment, with relevant qualifications and experience, to manufacture products and provide manufacturing support to process and product development projects.
Manufacture products in compliance with quality and safety requirements, provide manufacturing support to process and product development, and support process improvements.
Key responsibilities include:
• Manufacturing of products, both onsite and at subcontractors/suppliers, to ensure product quality, regulatory, and business requirements are met.
• Providing manufacturing support to R&D to develop and improve process and product development projects.
• Creating, updating, and reviewing documentation, including batch records, procedures, and ensuring equipment maintenance and calibration procedures are followed.
• Tracking and reporting progress across projects, identifying risks, and implementing contingency plans.
• Supporting the Quality Management System through resolution of NCR, NCM's, and CAPAs, ensuring effective solutions are implemented.
• Managing stock and inventory using the ERP system, and supporting validation activities, including execution of protocols for equipment and process validations.
• Reviewing and contributing to supplier process validation and risk management activities, introducing, assessing, and approving process changes, and providing support during internal and external audits.
• Collaborating with key suppliers and their production/manufacturing teams to drive and support process/product improvements/developments, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements and qualifications include:
• Minimum 2 years industry experience in a GMP regulated environment
• Relevant Level 7/8 qualification in Science/Engineering
• Experience working in a Good Manufacturing Practices environment
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload effectively to meet project deadlines
