Experienced Manufacturing/IT Project Manager sought to drive and manage critical projects in a hybrid environment, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and IT solutions.

Our client, an innovative start-up, is looking for a skilled professional to lead cross-functional projects, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional projects related to technology and manufacturing, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to define project requirements and objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations, ensuring effective execution of each project phase.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between technical and non-technical teams, translating manufacturing needs into actionable IT solutions.
  • Utilise project management methodologies, particularly Agile techniques, to drive project success.
  • Track project performance, identifying risks, and mitigating issues to ensure project deliverables meet business objectives.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment and engagement throughout project lifecycles.
  • Optionally, leverage tools such as Wrike or Hub Spot to manage project workflows and communications.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven project management experience, ideally in a manufacturing or digital setting.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, with the ability to apply IT solutions to improve efficiency and operations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) with the ability to apply them in a manufacturing context.
