Principle Engineer (Marine): *Cork or Dublin* Excellent opportunity for a Marine Engineer with 6 8+ years experience to join an award-winning Irish owned Civil and Structural Engineering consultancy in Dublin and Cork. Our clients mission is to add value at every stage of their projects. Their success is the direct result of the imagination, knowledge and commitment of their team. Projects include student accommodation, commercial, retail, mixed use and residential developments. Role: The workload is varied and interesting and includes a number of high profile projects. The successful Marine Engineer will have afantastic work life balance and an opportunity to travel to our clients London office and work on engineering challenging projects. As Marine Engineer you will be given the opportunity to exercise critical analysis, initiative and design skills to the fullest on such projects. You will be leading structural or geotechnical design, overseeing the design aspects of projects from inception to completion. The ideal Marine Engineer would be client facing, and comfortable with technical delivery and project management. You will work as a fundamental part of a team in this company which has a very friendly working environment. Key Requirements: Level 8 Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. The successful Marine Engineer should have a minimum of 5+ years structural/Marine design experiencein Ireland or the UK Experience using CAD and REVIT Strong problem solving skills. Effective communication skills.
