**Marketing Administrator Role** A skilled Marketing Administrator is required to support the Marketing Executive with various administrative tasks, primarily related to marketing and sales teams in Ireland and the UK. **Key Responsibilities:** • Manage and maintain the internal CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring data integrity and accuracy at all times, including data cleansing, report generation, and customer segmentation. • Respond promptly to customer inquiries generated through the company's websites, providing exceptional customer service and support. • Assist with the creation and curation of content for the company website, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing strategies. • Manage product price lists, data sheets, and other related materials, ensuring all marketing collateral is current and readily available. **Experience:** A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a marketing or sales-focused environment, with experience with Salesforce being an advantage.
