Marketing Assistant - Hybrid - Galway **Job Summary:** Marketing Assistant sought to support marketing activities, administrative tasks, and commercial teams in a hybrid role with a focus on HCP marketing. The Marketing Assistant will report to the Marketing Director and support the planning, coordination, and implementation of multiple marketing activities and administrative tasks. They will work closely with the commercial and medical teams to provide support and assistance with the overall marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of HCP marketing and be comfortable with basic business and marketing concepts. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in the creation and approval of marketing content via multiple channels, including print, digital, and social media. * Support the Marketing Director with the upload of material for review software. * Assist with the planning and organization of marketing and promotional events, including conferences, virtual events, and internal meetings. * Support the regional commercial team with local meeting management, venue booking, and catering for key events. * Support the Marketing Director with the selection and purchase of compliant promotional items. * Use digital analytics to understand the effectiveness of ongoing campaigns and user interaction with digital tools. * Support the commercial team with CRM management, including uploading contacts and maintaining the database. * Engage with creative and digital agencies to ensure the smooth delivery of marketing campaigns and website management. * Support team members from the commercial and medical teams with contract administration, event coordination, and promotional materials. **Requirements:** * 3-5 years of professional experience in medical device or pharmaceutical marketing. * Educational degree in marketing, business, or science. * Thorough understanding of health care professional (HCP) marketing. * Sound understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements. * Proactive, structured, organized, and performance-oriented individual with a can-do attitude. * Excellent IT skills. * Excellent communication skills. * High level of creativity and attention to detail. * Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment. * Travel required (10%). * Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and speak effectively with employees and outside organizations.
