We protect over 28,000 homes and small businesses nationwide.HomeSecure are hiring for an exciting position in our Marketing Department. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this person will be responsible for defining and executing on all our customer communications plans. The successful candidate will play a role in new customer acquisition, but also in the retention and engagement of our existing customer base.From enhancing our Lead Conversion Journey, driving our lead to sale conversion rates, to creating and sending education videos to improve our customer loyalty and engagement along with support our Customer Retention activities. We’re looking for someone with proven email marketing experience and the skills to understand how to create and execute an effective marketing communications.Benefits:Fast-growing company with strong market growthWe are located just off the M50 with ample free car-parkingGreat staff social eventsAn energetic and friendly team environmentRecently renovated officesResponsibilities:Plan, execute and measure performance marketing communication activities:Design, launch, monitor and optimize email marketing performanceCreate and segment campaigns to customers / leads depending on their stage in the life cycleCreate win back campaigns / flows and increase customer engagement with HomeSecureA/B test different CTAs, subject lines, preview texts, image headers etc.Run our social media campaigns, creating images / videos for posts. Responding to leads and customers commentsMeasure all campaign performanceCreate, design and edit pages on our WordPress siteAssist with lead generation and Google Ads performancePartners Management:Host weekly acquisition meeting. Taking main action points and collating slidesWork across different teams to deliver the main communication objectives for each departmentManage communication-based projects with IT team as requiredRequirements:Email marketing experience 2-3 years desirable using tools such a Klaviyo (or equivalent email marketing tools)Experience in managing Social media accounts including creating and posting videos and other contentGrowth mindset with the ability to think laterally and implement change quicklyAnalytical skills – has ability to ask the right questions, analyse data, draw conclusions and test hypothesis by applying statistical measuresAbility to use data and learnings to develop and communicate marketing plans and campaigns; excellent presentation skillsDesign skills necessary (Canva, Photoshop)High level of English and copywriting skillsBe able to clearly communicate key findings and suggested development tacticsExperience creating and executing marketing campaigns in the customer service industry desirableUnderstanding of web, digital and emerging marketing technologies desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr
