- Engage stakeholders to enhance web analytics on marketing performance and drive improved campaign efficiency.
- Use Agile methodologies to manage and deliver a pipeline of planned improvements.
- Make recommendations to improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Influence key decision makers to ensure data-driven insights inform campaign planning and design.
- Act as a senior lead within the team, driving improvements in quality of work and ways of working.
- Work with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business goals and objectives.

The Group Customer Analytics & Transformation team sits within the Group Marketing function and supports customers, colleagues, and partners across Ireland, UK, and Internationally.
