Job Description:
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our fast-growing hospitality group in Ireland, renowned for delivering exceptional guest experiences across its portfolio of hotels, pubs, and cafes. We are seeking a talented Marketing Executive with a passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry to enhance our brand presence, increase conversions, and drive our marketing initiatives forward. This is a multi-brand role with significant learning opportunities and career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute targeted campaigns with the Group Marketing Manager across various digital platforms, including social media, email marketing, and PPC advertising.
  • Manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive online engagement.
  • Oversee the creation and management of the marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with business goals and key events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and optimise content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools to keep our strategies innovative and competitive.
  • Ability to create Facebook target audiences and social media campaigns.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing, with a strong preference for candidates from a hospitality background.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing, including experience in managing social media platforms, email campaigns, website updates, and online advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and metrics to optimise campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for hospitality and a deep understanding of the industry's unique challenges and opportunities is an advantage.
  • Driving license and own car is an advantage and be willing to travel on occasion for work.
  • Some weekend work may be required so flexibility is expected.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to €36,000.00 per year
