Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective donor acquisition, retention, and cultivation strategies aligned with our organizational goals. Contribute to donor journey planning across all fundraising streams including our flagship magazine ‘The Far East’. Create and execute a comprehensive donor communications program to reach, inspire and retain donors and subscribers across digital and traditional channels. Develop and maintain positive relationships with specified supporters (major donors and legacy giving). Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient use of CRM systems for donor management. Capture and communicate fundraising data for informed decision-making. Promote and develop a culture of fundraising including donor recognition activities.
