The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and delivering marketing plans and initiatives that drive business forward, working closely with business development and sales teams, and leading business analysis projects to quantify target markets and inform the business. The role will also involve leading marketing insights for the strategic planning process, supporting R&D to understand market opportunities and customer needs, and managing content and presence at key conferences and trade shows.

Key qualifications and skills include a bachelor's degree in marketing, nutrition, or science, 3-5 years of relevant experience in the food, beverage, or pharma industries, B2B marketing experience, digital marketing experience, and good communication skills. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a results-driven attitude and demonstrable success in anticipating customer needs and measuring impact.
