Dynamic Marketing and Sales Manager sought for a Solar Energy company in the Kerry area, responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and leading sales teams.
This is a brand new role for a commercially minded person to create the marketing function and help develop the brand and product launch of a new SAAS product.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans
- Managing customer relationships
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Coordinating with the sales team to drive growth and achieve sales targets
- Strategically leading and supporting sales teams in line with company targets and KPIs
- Growing the cross-functional sales & marketing division in line with company strategic growth targets
Requirements:
- Naturally organised with the ability to plan, manage and action multiple projects and be deadline-driven and confident with making quick and clear decisions
- Ability to meet targets and take responsibility for their own performance
- Experienced in measuring the delivery of marketing plans against personal, business and customer KPIs
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience creating sales Strategy Development, Marketing Campaign Management, and Customer Relationship Management within a B2 B industry
- Experience in the Solar or Renewable Energy industry is a desirable but not essential
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a commercial mindset
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
