Product Manager for Bentley Systems' Marketplace
We are seeking a dedicated Product Manager to oversee our Bentley Systems' Marketplace, a critical role for planning and managing our marketplace and showcasing our partners' innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the strategic plan for the marketplace, aligned with business objectives.
- Gather and analyze feedback from partners and customers to inform product improvements.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to enhance the marketplace offering.
- Oversee the daily operations of Bentley's Marketplace, ensuring a seamless user experience for partners and customers.
- Work closely with internal teams to align marketplace operations with company goals.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketplace success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4-5 years of product management experience in marketplaces or partner ecosystems.
- Familiarity with software development and third-party integrations.
- Proficiency with tools such as Impartner, Adobe Commerce Marketplace, Salesforce, etc.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
