We are seeking a dedicated Product Manager to oversee our Bentley Systems' Marketplace. This role is critical for planning and managing our marketplace and showcasing our partners' innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the strategic plan for the marketplace, aligned with business objectives.
- Gather and analyze feedback from partners and customers to inform product improvements.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to enhance the marketplace offering.
- Oversee the daily operations of Bentley's Marketplace.
- Ensure a seamless user experience for partners and customers.
- Continuously improve marketplace features and functionalities.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., legal, IT, sales, support) to align marketplace operations with company goals.
- Coordinate with various Product Advancement Groups to drive awareness and identify gaps in the marketplace offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing to promote new partner offerings and marketplace updates.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketplace success.
- Report on marketplace performance to senior management.
- Present recommendations to stakeholders, negotiate contractual agreements and manage timeline commitments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 4-5 years of product management experience in marketplaces or partner ecosystems.
- Familiar with software development and third-party integrations.
- Proficiency with tools such as Impartner, Adobe Commerce Marketplace, Salesforce, etc.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team player who is collaborative and thrives in a global team environment.
- Self-starter with a strong desire to build something great.
