Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Product Manager to oversee our Bentley Systems' Marketplace, responsible for planning and managing our marketplace and showcasing our partners' innovative solutions.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with various internal teams to ensure smooth marketplace operations, fostering a thriving partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the strategic plan for the marketplace, aligned with business objectives.
- Gather and analyze feedback from partners and customers to inform product improvements.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to enhance the marketplace offering.
- Oversee the daily operations of Bentley's Marketplace, ensuring a seamless user experience for partners and customers.
- Continuously improve marketplace features and functionalities.
- Work closely with internal teams to align marketplace operations with company goals.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketplace success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4-5 years of product management experience in marketplaces or partner ecosystems.
- Familiar with software development and third-party integrations.
- Proficiency with tools such as Impartner, Adobe Commerce Marketplace, Salesforce, etc.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
