Material Handling Service Engineer Toyota Ireland Material Handling are seeking a Material Handling Service Engineerto join the team. Key Responsibilities of this role: Working in the service department to achieve planned and agreed output of new trucks to dealers and direct customers, carrying out PDI, truck assembly and modifications in the workshop and occasionally at customer/dealer sites. Attend customer and dealers sites for occasional repairs, servicing, and technical support. Ensure all work and parts are properly recorded and service reports completed. Ensure all work is carried out safely and is compliant to Toyota standards. Be available for and engage with all provided training. Undertake duties or additional tasks as required by the Aftersales Manager. Skills/Qualifications required: Mechanical/Electrical experience is essentialwith a willingness to learn. Material handling equipment experience an advantage. An interest in technology and modern electrical/mechanical/hydraulic systems. A flexible attitude and the ability to engage with customers and colleagues in a confident competent manner. Basic Microsoft computer skills. Qualified applicants from an automotive, construction/agricultural plant, or commercial vehicle background looking to further their career/experience would be considered. Full driving licence is essential.
