A highly successful Irish family run business in Dublin is recruiting a Material Recovery Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Green Recycling facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the facility's operations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective processes, and supervising staff to meet performance targets. Key responsibilities include identifying and implementing best practices, ensuring sufficient feedstock and waste materials handling, and maintaining plant equipment and stock management procedures. Requirements include management experience in production or waste management, and experience managing in a labour-intensive environment.
