Design Build Search are working with one of Irelands leading general building contractors. They are currently recruiting a M&E coordinator. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years experience and will be offered the opportunity to progress and develop their career with an continually growing contractors. Responsibilities: Manage the on-site installation and commissions of all M&E activities. Assisting with the development of the work breakdown structure and the project schedule. Setting up and maintaining budgets and expenditures. Maintaining project contracts and other documentation for customers, contractors and suppliers. Making sure the requirements of the quality management plans are met. Ensuring all Health and Safety requirements are upheld and met, by accompanying H&S officers on site and producing action reports. Coordinating the team communications, interactions and activities. Producing risk assessments of the project. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of site management experience. Relevant qualifications in Construction, Engineering, or Trades. Proven track record in completing M&E projects from concept to completion. Experience working with a main contractor. Strong initiative, self-motivation, and work ethic. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and communication skills. In-depth technical and practical knowledge of the construction industry. Skills: Communication M&E Analytical
