MEP Manager to work with market leading Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation contractor on large and prestigious Data Centre project in Europe. Assist Project Manager and provide technical support to construction team.
- Liaise with key Project Stakeholders to deliver all aspects of assigned projects.
- Develop Project Execution strategies and site logistics plans.
- Develop and implement Project Schedules, Labour Histograms, costs and budget plans.
- Review and implement Project Quality and EHS Management plans.
- Manage and motivate Project construction and Engineering teams.
- Develop and agree submission and approvals process with client and design consultants.
- Monitor material procurement schedules and select Project Sub-contractors and Supply chain.
- Chair weekly team, supplier and sub-contractor meetings to co-ordinate project performance.
- Ensure Project cost and revenue control and report performance.
- Liaise with Sub-contractor and supplier senior management to avoid project roadblocks.
- Develop and implement test and commissioning procedures.
- Prompt Project close-out and delivery of key documentation.
- Agreement of project commercial close-out.
- 5-10 years' experience in large scale projects in ICT infrastructure Installations and Management.
- Strong working relationships and stakeholder management.
- Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
