About the Role: Our client is seeking a dynamic Quantity Surveyor to support the procurement of subcontract packages for a pioneering battery manufacturing project in Europe. This role is a collaboration with a global engineering consultancy, and while the project spans across Europe, your base will be in the vibrant city of Cork, Ireland, offering a flexible hybrid work arrangement. Contract Duration: This is a contract position for an initial term of 12 months, with a strong likelihood of extension, providing you with stability and the opportunity to be part of a project thats set to revolutionize the industry. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the procurement process for subcontract packages, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate closely with international teams to align project objectives and procurement strategies. Utilize your mechanical or electrical expertise to contribute to the projects success. Engage with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of services and materials. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in Quantity Surveying within relevant sectors such as oil & gas, data centres, semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, or battery manufacturing.
