M&E Quantity Surveyor Tralee Electrical The Life Science and Tech division is looking for Electrical professionals to join the team. The team is seeking candidates with at least three to four years of experience. This Intermediate position will involve working closely with the Project Commercial Manager and the client's team, and will be responsible for the following tasks: Responsibilities: Competency in E&I systems remeasure activities. Evaluating and agreeing project scope variations with both contractor and client. Compiling and agreeing final accounts with both contractor and client. Reporting to the Project Commercial Manager monthly. Requirements: Experience as a mechanical or electrical Surveyor in large Pharmaceutical or semiconductor build projects. A relevant 3rd level qualification. Building Services (Technical or Commercial) background is favorable but not essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Good communication skills.
