Site Supervisor role for a leading Irish construction firm, overseeing M&E for residential sites in Dublin, with a strong focus on transparency and direct communication.

This company operates with a flat management structure, prioritizing transparency across all projects, enabling direct communication with commercial management at every level.
As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising all M&E aspects for residential sites across Dublin.
- Reviewing drawings and specifications, advising team members on project requirements.
- Attending meetings with clients, stakeholders, and design teams to ensure project progress.
- Reviewing and reporting on project progress, identifying areas for improvement.
- Conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous site supervision experience, preferably in residential building.
- A strong background in building services or M&E, with a deep understanding of project requirements.
The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive package, including:
