About the Team: The Marketing Science Measurement team is responsible for interpreting the performance of advertising on our platform. We work with advertisers to optimize their activity on the platform and build meaningful connections that help drive behavior change. We seek a motivated and empathetic individual with strong analytical and communication skills, aiming to develop our Marketing Science discipline. Success in this role within a rapidly expanding environment depends on execution, curiosity, and a commitment to data-driven thinking, while giving priority to the empowerment of others. The person will be responsible for working with agencies across EUI (Europe and Israel). This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract. Responsibilities: Partner primarily with big 6 and indie agencies and clients to help them better understand their performance on the platform. Deliver regular presentations and consultations to advance agencies' knowledge and adoption of TikTok measurement solutions. Manage agency feedback to ensure their voice is reflected in our product and partnership teams. Project manage advanced analytics projects tailor-made for agencies with many internal and external stakeholders to prove that TikTok works. Focus on strategic consulting together with revenue and product teams to help drive and implement learning agendas for agencies and their clients. Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of experience with digital advertising, large marketing-related organizations, or measurement suppliers. Familiarity with experimentation, multi-cell testing, incrementality testing, attribution, and media mix modeling. Exceptional time-management and goal-oriented task-management skills is a must. Experience with advertising agencies or complex marketing data-driven organizations. Familiarity with privacy-first innovation for measurement systems. Ability to work effectively, deploy consistent quality, and provide guidance on what decisions should be made is a must-have skill. Preferred Qualifications: Relevant bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; graduate degree within a science, mathematics, operations, business, digital marketing, or research field preferred. A track record of driving client decisions with clear communication and team collaboration. Interest in working in a fast-paced environment with global talent. A track record of inferential problem solving through experimental design and analytical methods. A background in performance measurement and running Conversion lift studies. Experience in running client-facing events, webinars, etc. Experience with executing custom analytical work where SQL and R are preferred.
