**Mechanical Construction Manager Wanted** Seeking a seasoned Mechanical Construction Manager to oversee projects in the East of Ireland for a growing ventilation manufacture and installation company. **Responsibilities:** • Manage QEHS on all sites • Supervise Project Managers, Project Engineers, Foremen, and Site staff • Develop and maintain relationships with Contractors, Subcontractors, Consultants, Clients, and End Customers • Plan and manage resources, labour, materials, and subcontractors • Ensure safe and secure management of materials and supplies on site • Deliver projects on time and within budget • Liaise with design team and monitor progress on site • Maintain accurate and orderly site documentation • Approve Final Account Claims and variations • Hold regular meetings with management team to discuss project progress **Requirements:** • 2+ years experience in a Contract Manager role • Qualification or Equivalent in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or similar discipline • 10+ years' HVAC or mechanical experience • Excellent communication skills **Benefits:** • Work from home option
