Job Description As a Mechanical Construction Manager, you will be pivotal to overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion. You will review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs, while overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and industry experts to successfully deliver cutting edge projects Ability to determine project schedule needs, provide support in the completion of project schedule, 12 weeks look aheads, reporting on site progress and highlighting future issues / roadblocks to progress to Main Contractor / Companies contracts manager. Conduct regular safety walks of the site and report to site supervisor for closure. Conduct regular quality walks of the site and report to site supervisor for closure. Lead commissioning activities ensuring timely completion and reporting of roadblock and follow up to ensure prompt closure. Skills and Requirements Mechanical trade or Engineering background essential Minimum of 5 years' experience Excellent communication and organisation skills required Familiarity with CAD & BIM preferred (Autocad, Revit, Navisworks).
