We seek a skilled Mechanical Engineer & Continuous Improvement Specialist to lead training and quality assurance initiatives, enhancing the skills and capabilities of our engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tailored training plans for engineers and staff to meet company standards.
- Create a dynamic database of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and learning resources.
- Conduct site audits to ensure engineering work aligns with quality expectations.
- Establish and maintain a structured quality assurance system.
- Provide relief engineering support and capture feedback from engineers and customers.
Requirements
- Strong background in electrical, mechanical, and project management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with technical aspects of working with manufacturers.
