Mechanical Engineer Job In Dublin

A Mechanical Engineer is sought to join a progressive Building Services Engineering Consultancy practice in Dublin, delivering award-winning low energy building designs and energy projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the design team in delivering projects across various sectors.
• Develop project scope with the design team and clients, including budgeting and reporting.
• Support team leads in resource management and planning to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide detailed tender packages and monitor installation/quality on-site until project completion.
• Take an active role in project delivery from concept to completion.
• Presentation and communication of ideas with clients, architects, and project managers.
• Coordination with other engineering disciplines to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Site inspections and preparation of detailed reports on project progress.
• Compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout project lifecycles.
• Participation in team meetings and contribution to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience within an engineering practice.
• Proven experience in project delivery from concept stage to completion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Dialux, Amtech; proficiency in REVIT is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
